According to police reports obtained by TMZ, Wisdom, a rapper who detectives believe is a member of DaBaby‘s entourage, was detained on charges of attempted murder with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault with a firearm. Wisdom was among males who got into a dispute with the alleged victims outside a Miami restaurant.
Police said that the victims attempted to flee, but Wisdom fired at least one shot, hitting one of them in the leg.
Christopher Urena, another male, was also detained on several offenses, including attempted murder. According to police, Urena was allegedly spotted shooting one of the victims in the back… that man is still in serious condition and is claimed to be paralyzed.
Drew Findlings, the rapper’s lawyer, told TMZ that “The police have released Mr. Kirk. No criminal charges have been filed against him.” Police questioned DaBaby following the late-night shooting near several prominent South Beach restaurants that left two hospitalized and one in critical condition.
One of TMZ’s sources said that one of the shooting victims was treated and released from the hospital while the other remains in critical condition.
