Wiz Khalifa was sentenced to nine months in a Romanian prison after a court reversed an earlier fine tied to marijuana possession at a music festival.

Wiz Khalifa is not the least bit surprised that Drake is taking legal action following the success of Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.”

During a recent chat with “Club Shay Shay,” Shannon Sharpe asked the “See You Again” star his thoughts on the rap feud.  Khalifa admitted he was tired of the duo pretending to be friends.

“About time.  I’m tired of n***as acting like they cool with each other,” he stated.

Lamar and Drake have worked together several times in the past on records such as “Poetic Justice” and “Buried Alive Interlude.” However, in recent years, there have been whispers that the two weren’t on the best terms.  The issues came to a head when Drake referred to himself, J. Cole, and Lamar as the “Big Three” on “First Person Shooter” in October 2023.  Lamar fired back in March 2024 on “Like That” with Future and Metro Boomin, firmly stating, “Motherf**k the Big Three.  N***a, it’s just big me.” From there, Drake and Lamar’s issues came to the forefront, with the pair exchanging disses before the battle seemingly concluded with “Not Like Us,” Lamar’s megahit.  Now, Drake is suing his own label, UMG, which also represents Lamar.  He claims the company inflated “Not Like Us” using bots and other shady practices.  While this action shocked most, Khalifa expected this from Drizzy.

“That sound like a Drake move to me,” he added.  “He’s a musician and a businessman in my eyes, so it’s like if he’s not in the public eye winning musically, he’s going to get a win wherever he can.  I mean, it’s a smart thing to do, in my opinion.”
