A Texas mom who allegedly stabbed her five young children and killed three of them has a twin sister who was suspected of the same eerie crime.
On Friday, Ellis County Sheriff’s Office arrested Shamaiya Deyonshanae Hall at an Italy, Texas home, on three charges of capital murder. A judge set her bail at $6 million.
The police reported to a residence around 4 p.m. on behalf of a request from Texas Child Protective Services. All five children were attacked and removed from the home.
After the initial phone call was made, all five children had severe knife injuries.
According to deputies, Hall, 25, fatally stabbed her three kids — a 6-year-old boy and 5-year-old twins, one a boy and one a girl. Her other children, a 4-year-old boy, and a 13-month-old girl survived the life-threatening attack.
However, reports show that two years ago, twin sister, Troyshaye, 25, allegedly stabbed to death 7-year-old Madison Petry over 30 times at home in Dallas. A 16-year-old was also stabbed but survived the wounds.
Court documents said Troyshaye was incompetent to stand trial and was sent to a mental health facility instead.
More charges will be brought against Hall.
