A Florida woman was arrested at a jail after she exposed her breasts and masturbated during a virtual visit with her detained boyfriend.
Danielle Ferrero, 38, visited Charlotte County prison for a virtual hour visit with prisoner Cody Thomas, 25.
Police stated that “The visitation session occurred via internet feed, and there was no physical contact between the inmate and the visitor.”
During their visit, Ferrero and Thomas “frequently talked in a lewd manner speaking of sex, sexual organs, and sexual activities,” according to a police report. They noted that Ferrero “frequently flaunted and rubbed her breasts, covered, showing the revealing outfit she was wearing, calling her outfit naughty.”
After Ferrero “mentioned how she repositioned herself and almost had an orgasm,” Thomas “asked Ferrero to have one for her, and she began to rock back and forth in her chair, appearing to have an orgasm,” investigators allege.
At the end of the session, Ferrero presented Thomas with her breasts, which “resulted in the visitation to be canceled by staff at the visitation center.”
Thomas was a third of the way through a 30-day sentence for drug paraphernalia possession and driving without a valid license when the event occurred on August 8. He was detained at the wheel of Ferrero’s car during a traffic stop in April. “Don’t worry; I told them it all belonged to me,” Thomas reportedly assured Ferrero after police discovered a needle containing meth.
When cops arrived at Ferrero’s Punta Gorda condominium on Wednesday, they informed her that she was being detained for “exposure of sexual organ in a public place.” Ferrero responded, “I can not believe that showing Cody my boobs would get me arrested.”
Ferrero’s arraignment is set for September 1.
