A disturbing video showed the moments stunned witnesses watched a homeless woman in Colorado stuff her 5-year-old son in the trunk of a car.
According to the New York Post, 33-year-old Chelsea Trujillo was arrested by cops in Pueblo after the video circulated showing her forcefully placing her young son in the trunk of her car earlier this week.
The footage recorded by a bystander showed the woman yelling at her crying son before slamming the trunk closed.
“Get in there!” Trujillo screamed as she slammed the trunk closed. The clip shows a woman confronting Trujillo and demanding that she take her son out of the trunk.
“Dude, you can’t f–king put that kid in the f–king trunk!” the woman yells at Trujillo. “You cannot have that goddamn kid in the f–king trunk! Take the f–king kid out the f–king trunk!”
Cops responded to a call of possible child abuse on Wednesday and tracked down Trujillo in her blue Chevy Malibu. The child was placed in the custody of child welfare workers.
