A 21-year-old woman has called out an online fashion hub, claiming she ordered a pair of shorts that came used and with a poop stain.
Suzanne Baum wants answers from online retailer ASOS. She said when she opened her package containing the shorts, there was a strong odor.
The news personality and lifestyle editor posted a picture that makes it worse. Not only was there the smell of poop, but the shorts had a poop stain too.
Baum says the whole thing left her fam “utterly gobsmacked/retching/in shock!”
She also says she has tried for days to get in touch with the company but has only received automated messages.
Leaving her to go another route, posting on Instagram, which has now gone viral.
ASOS has not yet publicly commented on the alleged stain.
