Woman Seen Dead On Instagram Live Identified As Killer’s Fiancé

One of the women seen dead in a shocking Instagram Live video has been identified as the killer’s fiancé and mother of his child.

29-year-old Raymond Weber, brother of upcoming rapper Uzzy Marcus, was arrested in California after an eight-hour standoff for the murder of his fiancée and mother to his four-year-old-son, 26-year-old Savannah Rae Theberge. The other victim seen on the live stream, a 15-year-old girl, has not been identified.

Theberge’s mother, Enyaw Taylor, confirmed her daughter’s death on her Facebook page.

“My heart is heavy I’m so sad to say I believe one of those girls that were killed is my baby girl Savannah Rae Theberge whose birthday is 2/3,” Taylor wrote. She also confirmed that her daughter and Weber had revealed their engagement this month.

Theberge grew up in Georgia but had recently been living in Salt Lake City, Utah. It is unclear when she went to California or why.

The ordeal began in Vacaville at 12:42 am on Saturday, when authorities responded to a call requesting a welfare check at the Rocky Hill Veterans Apartments after a woman called to report an armed man inside an apartment. She told police that the man, later identified as Weber, had live-streamed himself showing a gun and crouching next to two women who appeared motionless on the floor. At one point, he pointed the gun into the camera. He then lifts the woman’s hand and says, “that b**** tried to set me up. That’s what she did.” He accuses his brother, Uzzy Marcus, of also trying to set him up, though he does not elaborate.

“Uzzy Marcus wanna have me killed,” he claimed while waving his gun.

During the stream, he cuts off the lights and pretends to fire his weapon. He then tells viewers that the police were outside.

“There’s police everywhere,” he whispers. “This gonna be the last time y’all see me. Any minute they’re gonna kick this door down. They’re all outside.”

Weber is facing two counts of murder and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He is being held without bond.
