Georgia authorities say a woman suffered a gunshot wound to her buttocks following a dispute with another woman outside an Atlanta nightclub.
Police responded to Grady Memorial Hospital around 1:30 a.m. regarding a person being shot.
Authorities  found a 34-year-old woman who was self-transported to the hospital after being shot in her left buttock, WSB-TV News reported.
During their preliminary investigation police discovered that the victim was at 2507 Donald Lee Holloway Parkway NW when she was confronted by another woman she knew.
The victim and the woman got into an argument resulting in gunfire, APD said. The suspect ran away following the shooting.
The investigation is ongoing.
