The details of the custody case between Los Angeles Lakers player Christian Wood and ex-girlfriend Yasmine Lopez have been revealed.
After losing full custody of her 10-month-son Kobe with the NBA player, Lopez has been granted three hours of visitation. According to court documents published by RadarOnline, the Instagram influencer can spend up to one hour three times a week with Kobe and a court-appointed monitor. However, she must remain at least 100 years away from Wood, so the visits won’t be conducted while he is present.
Days ago, a judge awarded Wood full custody and a three-year restraining order against Lopez, who was caught on camera jumping his fence and keying his vehicle. In another incident last August, she also broke into Wood’s home and destroyed some of his property. Lopez didn’t show up at the court hearing to state her case, though she had previously defended vandalizing his car on Instagram Live.
“The responding party was given notice and an opportunity to be heard, as provided by the laws of the State of California. There are no calls, check-ins, or appearances by or on behalf of the Respondent,” the court paperwork read.
Additionally, Lopez won’t be able to travel with Kobe without the court’s permission and must pay for a 52-week batterer intervention program.
