YG was arrested early Friday morning after cops showed up to his home with a search warrant. The rapper was arrested on robbery charges.
After being arrested, the rapper recruited powerhouse attorney, Joe Tacopina, who told TMZ, “This arrest is one that caught YG completely off guard because there is no truth to them. YG has no idea what investigators are talking about and we have not been provided with any details … we are learning about this case through the media.”
YG bonded out of Los Angeles County jail Friday night after posting $250,000 bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
