For the first time ever, CÉ LUMIÈRE by Beyoncé Parfums is hitting store shelves as part of an exclusive partnership with Ulta Beauty, the official beauty retail partner of Beyoncé’s COWBOY CARTER TOUR.
After selling out repeatedly online, the highly coveted perfume is now available in limited quantities at select Ulta Beauty stores and on ulta.com, giving fans the chance to experience the scent in person. It marks the first in-store launch for a Beyoncé fragrance in years.

Ulta is going all in on the COWBOY CARTER era, rolling out:
• Seven city-inspired beauty looks, debuting April 28 and designed in partnership with local influencers from tour stops like Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, and more

• Pro team masterclasses happening in store in Los Angeles and New York City this May
• A GLAMlab virtual try-on experience in the Ulta Beauty app, where fans can recreate the tour looks from anywhere
Ulta Beauty Chief Marketing Officer Kelly Mahoney said the collaboration is about celebrating beauty, culture, and self-expression during what she calls the biggest cultural moment of the summer.
Whether you’re headed to the show or vibing from home, Ulta Beauty is offering fans the full Beyoncé experience. And now you can take home a piece of her essence, quite literally.
