Three of Young Thug’s co-defendants in the YSL RICO case are being accused of stabbing another inmate in jail.
On Wednesday, Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat reported that have allegedly stabbed another inmate inside Fulton County Jail.
The details surrounding the stabbing incident have not been revealed yet so it’s unclear of what caused the violent attack.
Ryan and Blalock are already serving a life sentence stemming from two separate murders. Meanwhile, Eppinger is accused of shooting an Atlanta police officer in 2022.
In addition, Eppinger is also one of the YSL members who is allegedly responsible for stabbing YFN Lucci inside of the same jail last year. According to prosecutors, Eppinger and the other members requested permission from Young Thug to make a second hit on Lucci.
Nevertheless, Ryan’s attorney maintains that he is innocent and had no involvement in the stabbing incident.
“Mr. Ryan is hopeful that there is a thorough investigation and that there is not a rush to judgement,” she said. “Mr. Ryan maintains his innocence regarding this incident.”
Ryan recently received additional charges for delaying proceedings in the YSL trial. In addition, Ryan has also been known to be an “ongoing problem,” according to authorities. On January 23rd, Ryan allegedly spat in an officer’s face while being transported to court.
As for as Young Thug, the rapper is still behind bars awaiting trial that is expected to last at least six months. Thug is facing eight charges in the 65-count indictment.
