Houston-based influencer Corey Pritchett Jr., who has over three million subscribers on YouTube, is being accused of kidnapping two women and fleeing the country afterward.
The social media star, known for his CoreySSG channel, is facing aggravated kidnapping charges after allegedly abducting two women, making death threats, and then escaping abroad. According to court documents, the incident began on November 22nd, 2024, when one of the victims met Corey and exchanged numbers. The next day, they met him for a workout and later went bowling with him and two male friends.
At the bowling alley, the women grew concerned when Corey and his friends acted suspiciously. The group was apparently involved in a dispute with others at the venue. After they left, the women texted Corey about retrieving their belongings from his car. He invited them to meet him at a nearby HEB parking lot, where he offered them a ride home.
However, during the drive, Corey acted erratically, claiming he was being followed, and sped over 100 mph on I-10. He pulled a gun, fired it through the sunroof, and made chilling threats, including saying, “I’m gonna [explicit] y’all and then kill y’all.”
The women were terrified as he cut off their communication and then abandoned them on a dark highway. They flagged down a driver, called 911, and were rescued by deputies.
Corey later fled the country, posting on social media about relocating to Dubai. His Instagram has since gone dark. Investigators confirmed he boarded a one-way flight to Qatar in December, and law enforcement is now seeking his return to face charges.
