YouTubers “Saucy and Honey” face up to seven years in prison following trespassing a Pennsylvania Target after hours.
Johnson Larose and Charlotte Fischer decided to stake out at a Target to film a 24-hour overnight challenge for their Youtube channel. The channel has over 18k subscribers, and the video received a little over 10k views.
The 26-minute video showed the pair building a fort behind the Target then sneaking into the store just as it closed. Though they didn’t steal anything, the police were signaled a potential break-in at the Target around 3 am when they left the store.
Larose, 25, and Fischer, 24, said they stayed at the Target overnight but left around 3 am and returned at 8 am, which signaled the alarm.
Target surveillance showed the pair wandering the aisles with a camera. Detective Pezick released a statement regarding the incident.
“When you go to a burglary call, you have a heightened sense of awareness. Suddenly, you see somebody in there, or maybe they get spooked and run, our officers are well-trained, but it’s not a great situation for anybody. They weren’t out to harm anybody, but we want to make sure this doesn’t happen again.”
The YouTube pair is expected in court on March 24 and faces third-degree criminal trespassing charges. However, they were released on $25,000 unsecured bail and banned from all Pennsylvania Target stores.Â
Fischer says, “I mean, no regrets just living life and having fun, it’s kind of sad that all of this came out of it, we were expecting a fine nothing crazy.”Â
