YSL co-founder Mondo stirred up drama recently, claiming that Offset confronted him over a direct message he sent to Cardi B.
In a video, Mondo alleges that Offset called him out for reaching out to Cardi, suggesting that he needed to “stay off the internet” with his personal issues.
According to Mondo, the message to Cardi wasn’t disrespectful. He says he was simply advising her not to let Offset “drag her through the mud” and hinted that she might need a “real one” in her life. However, Offset didn’t take kindly to the message and allegedly called Mondo to confront him. Mondo described the situation, saying, “Offset just called my phone, bro. Why you playing?” He went on to accuse Offset of blocking him from talking to Cardi, claiming, “You’re mad ‘cause I was trying to holla at Cardi.”
Mondo further alleged that Offset had previously bad-mouthed him and even involved Cardi in their issues. He insisted that Offset was upset over past interactions, including a situation involving one of Offset’s baby mamas. He claimed he didn’t know she was involved with Offset at the time and accused the Migos rapper of not being upfront about his relationships.
Mondo’s message to Offset was clear: don’t get mad over things that are now being aired publicly. While the rapper did take back a few of his more controversial statements about Cardi, he stood by his comments, suggesting Offset shouldn’t be upset now that the drama is out in the open.
As of now, neither Offset nor Cardi B have publicly addressed Mondo’s claims.
