After catching a default judgment due to skipping a court hearing earlier this week, an Illinois civil court held rapper and producer, Yung Berg, responsible for owing almost 100,000 in back child support.
The mother of Berg’s son, Brandy Flint says both the rapper and his lawyer ignored the court order and decided not to show up for the hearing, which was on October 19th. “I shouldn’t have had to go after him.” Flint said.
BET stated that Berg’s official back child support is at a total of $99,386.75. His monthly payment of $700 could possibly be increased as well. Brandy Flint is currently waiting to see what the judge says. “The only person he is hurting is his child.” Flint stated.
We are hoping all will turn out for the good for the child’s sake!
