Yung Miami dreams big and wants to follow in another woman’s legendary footsteps. She wants to be the next “Black Oprah,” though Oprah is already Black.
In an interview with XXL Magazine, the City Girls rapper was asked about her interviewing skills and what’s next for her. She responded, “I want to take it to the next level,” she shared. “I’m dreaming big. I want to go to the highest of the highest. I want to be the Black Oprah.”

Caresha Please is a REVOLT podcast series featuring the rapper asking fellow music industry artists. She’s interviewed Saweetie, Megan Thee Stallion, Saucy Santana, JT, Diddy, and more.
Her response is going viral on Twitter, leaving some fans understanding what she means and others scratching their head since Oprah is, in fact, Black.

no cause when we unpack it you see she was actually talking about how through class analysis Oprah doesn't exist at the intersections of what it means to be a "Black" person therefore Caresha, a traitor to bourgeoisie frameworks could occupy that space in a proletariat way https://t.co/u1PgPsYeqB
