Yung Miami is seemingly at odds with Tyla, and it all appears to have started over a song.

The Florida rapper took to Twitter on Thursday, sharing with her followers, “This girl really ran off with my song and ion know how to feel about it, mind you I played this song for this girl.”

Fans quickly began investigating and noticed that Tyla recently previewed a new track set to release on October 24th titled “Chanel” or “Put Me in Chanel.” However, Yung Miami previewed a song called “Take Me to Chanel” back in April. While the beats are different, both songs share a similar concept, leading Miami to believe Tyla took inspiration after hearing her version.
When one supporter criticized Miami for taking “forever” to drop her song, she fired back, “Don’t matter, it’s my MF song!

Soon after, another fan called out Tyla by name, writing, “PSA, it is Tyla!” and comparing their lyrics. Miami retweeted the post, confirming with, “Let’s talk about it!!!!!”

Tyla has not responded, and it remains unclear when Miami previewed her track for the singer. For now, Miami doesn’t seem ready to move on from the situation.
