Zeus Co-Founder Lemuel Plummer Responds to DeStorm Power’s Allegations of Fraud and Assault

Zeus co-founder Lemuel Plummer is speaking out after DeStorm Power accused him of fraud, failing to pay investors and even sexual assault.

In an official statement, Plummer promised to address Power’s viral video “head-on very soon,” but made it clear that their dispute is being resolved in court.

“Let’s be clear—the issue is being addressed in an actual court, not the court of public opinion. Zeus is still in litigation against DeStorm. I chose to take the professional route, remain silent, and allow the legal process that has been ongoing for the past few years to continue the judgment.”

Power’s video, which went viral, detailed his allegations about the early days of Zeus, claiming he, King Bach, and Amanda Cerny helped launch the platform. Power alleged that Plummer ran out of money and he invested over $130,000 of his own money to fund the project. He also claimed Zeus never paid a producer who provided over 1,000 beats, and that he, Bach, and Cerny were still paying taxes on money Zeus reported, yet never received.

“To this day, myself, Bach, and Amanda receive K1 tax documents stating that we make millions of dollars from the Zeus network as partners. So, we’re paying taxes on money that we never receive,” Power shared.

Power also accused Plummer of sexual assault based on a report from a former assistant.

Plummer has yet to directly address the sexual assault claim but promises a full response soon.
