Zion Williamson has the support of his stepfather as social media continues to drag him for his new love interest and girlfriend.
Anderson Lee somewhat addressed the many rumors about his son during an event for Williamson’s foundation in Louisiana.
“I wanna be politically correct when I say it. That’s my son, and I love him,” he declared before adding, “Believe half of what you see and nothing you hear. That’s all I want to say. I stand by my son one hundred percent. I wasn’t always where I am today.”
Lee’s comments arrive after Williamson’s personal life was put on full display after he announced that he was expecting a child with former exotic dancer Ahkeema. The two shared images of their gender reveal party, showing a seemingly happy Williamson participating the entire way through. It appears the couple is having a baby girl. The internet was set ablaze after the news emerged, slamming Ahkeema for being 30 while Williamson is just 23.
Also, another woman by the name of Moriah Mills let off a slew of tweets outlining her and Williamson’s very explicit relationship. She claimed she had no idea he was expecting a child. People also began digging deep in the internet archives, finding and posting old x-rated content of Ahkeema. The couple had kept their romance private until the gender reveal photos were posted, so it’s unclear when they began seeing one another.
Despite so much attention on Williamson’s sex life and women, the New Orleans Pelicans’ power forward has not made any public statements addressing the backlash.
