Ray J stepped in during a livestream this week after Adrien Broner repeatedly sexually pursued Amber Rose despite her making it clear she was not interested.
The tense moment unfolded Tuesday night while Broner was streaming with Amber Rose and Ray J. Rose reportedly kept redirecting Broner and told him there were other women he could speak to, but the former boxing champion continued pressing the issue. Eventually, Ray J physically intervened by holding Broner back as Rose appeared visibly uncomfortable.
The moment did not land as an isolated awkward exchange. Instead, it added to a growing pile of livestream clips where Broner’s behavior around women has been called out online. Over the past few weeks, Broner’s pivot into streaming has drawn heavy scrutiny, with critics questioning why people around him keep placing him in front of cameras while these moments keep escalating.
That concern grew louder after previous incidents involving women on stream. In May, it was reported that streamer Aya Tanjali, who is 19, said she felt uncomfortable after Broner allegedly touched her during a livestream gathering. Another report noted that Broner’s ex-wife, Arie Nicole, publicly urged him to stop making women uncomfortable and warned that his behavior could affect their daughter.
There was also the Cam’ron incident. Broner was removed from an episode of “It Is What It Is” after repeatedly directing comments toward co-host Treasure “Stat Baby” Wilson, despite Cam’ron telling him to stop. Cam’ron later made it clear he was not letting that slide on his set.
Now, the Amber Rose livestream has the internet asking the same question again: who is actually looking out for Broner, and who is just letting the cameras roll while women are left to manage the fallout?
