Donald Trump just made it loud and clear: if you believed the Epstein story, you’re a “weakling.”
Trump went off on Truth Social Monday morning, calling the Jeffrey Epstein allegations another “scam” cooked up by Democrats and turning his fire on supporters he says got played by the Left.
Trump labeled the entire Epstein narrative a “hoax,” claiming it was built to distract from his presidential wins and economic success. But what raised eyebrows the most wasn’t his usual rant about “fake news.” It was his harsh words for his own base.
“My PAST supporters have bought into this ‘bull***,’ hook, line, and sinker… Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats’ work,”* Trump posted.
Yes, he really said “weaklings.”

Later in a press conference, Trump confirmed that he’s walking away from some of his former backers. When a reporter asked if he was disowning past supporters, Trump didn’t hesitate.
“I lost a lot of faith in certain people… they got duped by the Democrats.”

He doubled down on what he sees as unmatched success during his time in office, bragging about bringing in billions in revenue, slashing taxes on tips and overtime, and putting an end to Social Security taxation. For Trump, the Epstein scandal is just another political trap—and he’s not holding back on those who fell for it.
This isn’t the first time Trump has split from those once in his corner, but calling his own supporters “weaklings” marks a new level of bluntness. He’s signaling that loyalty isn’t optional—it’s mandatory.
Trump isn’t just distancing himself from the Epstein talk—he’s drawing a line in the sand. Believe in him, or be labeled a weakling.
