Anyone who’s on a natural hair journey understands how much it takes and costs to find the right products to hydrate your curls. Curlbox, founded by Myleik Teele makes it easier to try product samples for the low cost of $20/month.

Bevel

Originally founded by Tristan Walker in 2013, Bevel offers an end-to-end shave system for men, including a bevel razor, blade replacements and products made with all-natural ingredients to prevent skin irritation and razor bumps for $29.95/month.

Ujamaa Box

Founded by, Ebony Costain contains a variety of items ranging from personal care, art, beauty, and accessories all from black-owned businesses. The concept is to promote Ujamaa (cooperative economics) and promote the Kwanza principle year-round. The boxes can be specially curated for women, men or a combination of both. The prices range from $25-$33/month.

Cloth and Paper

After noticing the lack of affordable product offerings for planners, Ashley Reynolds created Cloth and Paper in 2015. This stationary business provides subscribers with writing supplies, paper, and planners for a monthly fee ranging from $18-$48/month.

The Pose Box

Girl Boss Kalish Nesbitt founded The Pose Box to cater to the woman on the go by curating a bi-monthly box of activewear and lingerie. Prices start at $80/month and a percentage of the company’s proceeds are donated to the WiNGS women’s empowerment nonprofit organization.

Cocotique

Specializing in self-care, beauty, fragrance and lifestyle products, Founder Dana Hill offers a subscription designed for women of color. Cocotique is an affordable way for women to discover the latest in products at the low price of $25/month.

CurlKit

Heather and Dino Cummings are a dynamic couple who founded CurlKit in 2012 which became one of the largest natural hair subscription services in America. Offering subscribers both full and sample-sized products for only $25/month, you can catch influencers recording their kit unboxing on YouTube.
