A Georgia state representative went on social media to share her experience with racism.
Erica Thomas went live on Facebook on Friday, and shared her frustration while grocery shopping when she was verbally attacked by a Trump supporter who told her to “go back where you came from.”
Thomas said that she was standing in an express line when a man began yelling at her for having too many items.
“I’m at the grocery, and I’m in… the aisle that says ’10 Items or Less.’ Yes, I have 15 items, but I’m nine months pregnant, and I can’t stand up for long,” says Thomas. “This white man comes up and says, ‘You lazy son of a b***h.’ He says, ‘You lazy son of a b***h, you need to go back where you came from.'”
As Thomas tried to explain to the man that she was pregnant, he then called her ignorant.
“It hurt me so bad — I’m sorry y’all — because everything in me just wanted to tell him who I am… but I couldn’t, I couldn’t get anything out,” Thomas said, adding that her nine-year-old daughter was standing next to her during the tirade. “I couldn’t even explain to her why he has so much hate in his heart.”

Since Trump’s racist tweets about four minority congresswomen, New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib, and Massachusetts Rep. Ayanna Pressley, and Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, telling them to “go back where they came from,” his supporters are becoming bolder and showcasing their hatred.

The guy wasn’t a Trump voter. He is a Democrat! And he said he never said “Go back”. So she is lying. How can you even write this story without any facts in it?
