Curtis “50 Cent’ Jackson says his next album might be the last in his personal music career.
There aren’t many men who can do it like Fif when it comes to music. Since his 2003 debut album Get Rich or Die Tryin’, 50 has become a music, business and media mogul. Some of his various achievements include launching his record label G-Unit, making a lucrative endorsement deal in Vitamin Water, which led to his stake in the parent company garnering him $100 million after Coca Cola bought it in 2007, and most recently, 50 Cent has cemented himself in the film and TV industry with his mega-popular and victorious Power series.
But, we’ll never forget Fif for making sure we always had something to bop to in da club; the hustler’s ambition can’t be matched.
With his last album, Animal Ambition, being released in 2014, the businessman says he may be wrapping up his musical career in terms of albums.
During a virtual sit-down interview with The Talk, 50 Cent referenced an Instagram post that has what appears to be a new song, and in it, he says, “Smile my next album might be my last.”
“Smile my next album might be my last. I terrorized hip hop for 14 years,don’t believe me Nielsen, the numbers will never lie but i’m nobody’s favorite Smh 🤦♂️Nah 😈I’m Top 10 dead or alive and i’m not done,” Fif wrote in his post caption.
He confirmed the details with The Talk during an interview. He told the panel of hosts he still might make music, but at this time, his TV show projects are one of his top priorities.
