Jazzma Kendrick has accused her ex boyfriend Rick Ross of physically abusing her. She posted photos of a busted lip to her Instagram stories and wrote that the rapper “saw a punching bag” when he looked at her.
It started with a compliment. A fan wrote “I’m seeing what Rick is seeing your so gorgeous.” Kendrick screenshotted the comment, put it on her story, and answered in four words: “he saw a punching bag.”
Then came the photos. The first is a close selfie of the side of her face with her mouth visibly swollen. She captioned it “The day Rick busted my lip and the day I left.”
The second is harder to look at. Kendrick pulls her upper lip up with two fingers to show a dark red wound on the inside. Over the image she wrote, “I don’t know a lot of things, but I do know that a man that puts his hands on me, is a man that never loved me and never will.”
Her final slide was a message to other women. “It’s always good until it isn’t,” she wrote. “If a man hits you one time, he will do it again. Don’t give him the opportunity. Value your life and leave.”

Kendrick is 39 and works as a model, content creator and realtor. She and Ross went public in 2025, filling social media with grocery runs and home cooked meals. By September of that year it was over. When a follower asked “Where is Rozay,” she replied simply, “We broke up.”
The two reunited publicly at the 2026 BET Awards in June and spent the summer together. That included a trip to Saint-Tropez in August, where Ross, 50, joked on Instagram about his girlfriend’s “beautiful narcissism” and asked fans to keep him in their prayers. Now Jazzma Kendrick says the day he busted her lip was the day she walked away.
50 Cent, who has traded shots with Ross for years, did not wait long to weigh in. “This punk put his hands on baby girl, he stressed that album didn’t sell,” 50 wrote. “I’d laugh at him, but domestic violence is not a joke.” He tagged his Branson cognac and Le Chemin du Roi champagne accounts in the same comment.
Rick Ross has not publicly responded to Kendrick’s allegations.
