Houston rapper Scarface is officially firing back at his baby mama over her longstanding child support case for their eight-year-old daughter.
Earlier this year, Lisa Ann Varner filed a lawsuit against the rapper, accusing him of holding out on his $150 monthly child support payments.
In the docs, Varner said Scarface is more than $6,000 behind on his payments, which also includes a $30 a month fee for medical expenses.
However, in response, instead of arguing his case on the thousands in back pay, the rapper has countersued his baby mama for trying to sabotage his career with her claims.
In the new docs obtained by @bossipofficial, Scarface says Varner built her case to “harass, embarrass and annoy” him, to mess up his relationship with his daughter and to ruin his music career.
“These types of allegations and leaked media posts gravely affect and tarnish my public image and severely interfere with my career,” Scarface said in docs obtained by the publication. “I am currently not working, but am looking for work. This type of behavior precludes me from achieving gainful employment.”
Also in the docs, Scarface is demanding a restraining order to prevent his baby mama from speaking on the matter in public. He also wants her to pay his lawyer fees.
In the meantime, the two are scheduled to meet back in court later this month.
