A non-verbal autistic boy has surprised his family and therapists singing the chart-topping single, “Old Town Road” by Lil Nas X and Billy Rae Cyrus.
Sheletta Brundidge went to Twitter to share a very special moment that she wasn’t expecting, her son, Daniel, singing Lil Nas and Billy Ray Cyrus’ remix.
“We had an #oldtownroad miracle at my house,” she wrote. “My son Daniel has #autism and doesn’t talk. We caught him humming the @LilNasX and @billyraycyrus tune the other day. Then Bless God, my baby started singing the song on his own. His therapists have started to use it in his sessions!”
Lil Nas X caught wind of the video and responded, “What a King.”
The artist has been stealing hearts of the children with his hit song. We are happy to see that it’s making a huge impact.
