Rumors are swirling that Tracee Ellis Ross and “Black-ish” creator Kenya Barris may be an item.
According to Love B. Scott, while the exact timeline of their relationship is unclear, “multiple sources” have confirmed that the two are romantically linked and have been for some time.
Kenya filed for divorce from his wife of 20 years, Dr. Rania “Rainbow” Barris, in August of 2019. However, Rania filed for divorce from him in 2014, but the couple reconciled, and she withdrew the request a year later.
Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross’ characters on Barris’ show are loosely based on his real life marriage, and he’s said in interviews that the relationship struggles seen on the show have very much reflected his own.
