Photographer Saeed Bolden is suing Kim Kardashian over a photograph that she posted of her and Kanye to her Instagram.
In October 2018, Kim posted the touching photo of her gazing up at her hubby Kanye, as he looks towards the ground, gleaming with a rare smile, with the caption reading “We Got Love.” The photo was taken during Nas album release party in July 2018 and brought in over 2 million likes.
However, according to professional photographer Saeed Bolden, he is the one who snapped the touching moment. Therefore, he claims that he owns it and did not grant Kim permission to post it to her social media.
According to the lawsuit documents, obtained by TMZ, Bolden also claims that Kim did not pay him to use the valuable photo. As a result, he is looking to be compensated for any profits Kim may have made from the post, as well as punitive damages.
