French Montana is being accused of sexual battery in a shocking new lawsuit filed by a woman who claims she was raped at his Hidden Hills home.
According to The Blast, a woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe has filed court documents suing the rapper (real name: Karim Kharbouch), his employee Mansour Bennouna and Coke Boy Records for a slew of charges including assault and battery, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring, supervision and retention, and negligence.
Jane Doe claims French “had a longstanding practice of inviting women to their recording sessions, or choosing women at bars, and inviting them back to the Hidden Hills house.” She claims they would supply women with drinks and drugs, “with the purpose of engaging in sexual acts with them, without any regard to whether or not they consented, or were able to consent.”
The suit basically alleges that the defendants would ply the women with excessive amounts of alcohol while Montana would engage in drug use and offer the women drugs as well.
In her suit, Doe claims, “Defendants would sometimes without the women’s knowledge or consent provide drugs to interfere with the women’s ability to knowingly consent to sexual activity.”
Jane Doe maintains that on March 28, 2018, French’s co-defendant
“sexually assaulted, sexually harassed, and raped her.” She claims on the same night French “sexually assaulted, sexually harassed” her.
The victim claims that she met the rapper at a studio off La Brea and that he invited her back to his home along with his employee. She last remembers being lucid thirty minutes after arriving when she called her friend. After making that phone call, she claimed she headed back into the kitchen where she was offered a shot, and after that drink, she blacked out.
Doe remembers being incapacitated and described that “several men coming in and out of the bedroom.’ She believes French “was one of the men who entered the room and sexually assaulted her.’
