Question for the people, would y’all be willing to sit down with someone who publicly tried to blast you?
Well, Nick Cannon has been going through some things, first, it was his termination as host of Wild N’ Out after he offended the Jewish community, and now it looks like he’s open to making amends with rapper Eminem.
On Monday, Wild’N out creator sat down with Fat Joe for a lengthy interview on Instagram. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s well known that Eminem and Cannon have had their odds, but during the interview, Cannon admitted that he would be open to letting bygones be bygones. “One day, hopefully, dude, and I will get an opportunity to sit down, ‘cause like I said, I do respect his ability.”
Joe said he would even be willing to mediate the talk between the two men. “If you can do it, man,” Nick responded. “I been trying to get…I done talked to Royce, we trying to really get it popping, ’cause I think at the end two men need to really have that conversation.”
“While you at it, tell him to come…we’ll set up an exclusive Wild’n Out Detroit,” Nick added.
Cannon and Slim Shady’s beef has lasted over a decade and started after Slim called out Nick and former wife Mariah Carey in his 2009 song “Bagpipes from Bagdad. He then reignited their beef in 2019 on the Fat Joe track “Lord Above” where he narrowed in on Cannon. Nick then returned with a series of diss tracks and even mentioned 50 Cent.
In April, Cannon said Em knows better than to speak on him.
What are your thoughts? Should they make peace or keep the beef?
