Damon Dash Files For Full Custody Of Children, Says Rachel Roy Is a Drunk & Abusive

The war for custody or the Dash kids continues. First Rachel Roy said Dame Dash paid more attention to getting high than he did to making sure his daughter went to school, now Dame is saying Rachel is just an abusive, thieving wino. 

In court docs Damon Dash is asking for full custody of the couple’s  6-year-old daughter Tallulah and 15-year-old daughter Ava. He says Rachel Roy has put their lives in danger, citing a time when he caught Rachel driving drunk with Tallulah in the car. He also claims Rachel is verbally abusive to him, threatening him in front of the children and that she and Ava have gotten into physical fight s that included both calling each other ‘bitches’. Sidenote: the latter isn’t uncommon with raising teenage devils. I’ve heard the stories.

To top it off, Dame says Ava isn’t the only person Rachel Roy has fought with. He says Rachel has thrown plates at him and pulled a knife on him, sometimes with his youngest daughter present. If that wasn’t enough, Rachel has stolen $20,000 worth of diamond chains and a $5,000 Bottega Veneta suitcase from him. Rachel is supposedly so bad that she’s had Dame banned from Tallulah’s private school, telling them that he’s not allowed to pick up their daughter.

It’s my professional opinion that both Dame and Rachel are nuts.
