Police have charged a man with the murder of rapper TM1way after he was reportedly killed while visiting an elderly relative.
Terrell Davis, also known as TM1way, was stabbed to death in Ramilles Close in Brixton Hill, South London, on November 22, just before 6 p.m.
Reports say that the 27-year-old rapper was visiting his grandmother when he ran into an old friend and was stabbed.
After receiving the news of his brother’s death, rapper 21 Savage paid tribute to him by posting a picture of the two on social media. Along with the photo, the performer captioned, “ Can’t believe somebody took you baby bro I know I took my anger out on you I wish I could take that shit back.”
When responders arrived on the scene, they could not save Davis, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Last week, a Metropolitan police spokesperson stated: “Terrell’s family are distraught, and we are providing them with support via specially trained officers as they begin to grieve for him.”
On Sunday, Met police mentioned that detectives investigating Davis’s death had charged a man with his murder. Tyrece Fuller, 21, is set to appear in custody at Bromley magistrates court on Monday.
