TikTok star Justine Paradise said that YouTuber Jake Paul sexually assaulted her in 2019. Paradise posted a 20-minute video to YouTube on Friday accusing Paul of forcing her into a sex act at his Team 10 house in California. The Los Angeles mansion is where several content creators live and work.
Paradise said that on July 20, 2019, she felt like she made it clear to Paul that she did not want to go beyond just kissing, but Paul forced her to perform oral sex on him.
“He didn’t ask for consent or anything,” she said. “He knew I didn’t want to do anything with him.”
Paradise said Paul acted coldly toward her after the incident. They did not speak again after that, despite her reaching out several times via text.
“I never got an apology or anything like that,” Paradise said. “I would have liked to have an apology because that was messed up, and I didn’t want that.”
The 24-year-old TikTok star says she didn’t come forward sooner because she signed a non-disclosure agreement before entering the house and feared speaking up.
Paul addressed the allegations in a statement posted on social media, calling the claims “100% false.”

“Our client is aware of the recent allegation against him. While others have already begun to debunk the claim alleged against him, our client categorically denies the allegation and has every intention of aggressively disproving it and pursuing legal action against those responsible for the defamation of his character,” Paul’s attorney, Daniel E. Gardenswartz, told People. “Our client believes that any false allegations diminish the credibility of those who have truly been victims of misconduct.”
