Pretty Ricky star Pleasure P has challenged B2K to a Verzuz battle.
Pleasure P called the iconic R&B group out on Wednesday in an Instagram post, where he and his Pretty Ricky members are seen dancing to B2K’s 2002 smash single, “Gots Ta Be.”
“Here’s what we gotta say to a @verzuztv against @b2k,” P captioned the post. “We can do y’all shit better than y’all! On tour, we left it on the stage, and everyone saw how that went, but when it comes to these hit records, it’s another story.”
P also called on B2K members to “Put the bull—- aside n come get this work” so that the two groups could go head-to-head and eventually tour with one another again.
In 2018, Pretty Ricky joined B2K, Bobby Valentino, Lloyd, and several others for the widely popular Millennium Tour. Fans showed up in droves, rocking their best early 2000s gear to enjoy the nostalgic feel. Unfortunately, Raz B quit the tour following tensions with his group members.
When a second Millennium Tour was announced for 2020, B2K was no longer included. However, that tour failed to advance due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Though the current status of B2K’s relationship is unknown, rumors have begun circulating that Omarion and Fizz were working through their issues.
