Bia is having a moment. She is currently riding the wave of her TikTok hit “Whole Lotta Money,” which got a huge boost when Nicki Minaj hopped on it. She’s also fresh off a successful performance at Rolling Loud in Miami.
Bia recognizes that Nicki getting on the record was a giant push for her. She got on Twitter to pay her respects to major artists that aren’t afraid to get on a track with an up-and-comer.
“I have so much respect when bigger artists jump on smaller artists records bc so many people forget we all had to start somewhere!” she tweeted Tuesday night.

And when a fan was quick to point out that they were happy Nicki was able to do that for her, she echoed the sentiment.

But Bia was quick to call out artists that do “it for the clout” versus artists that do “it for the culture” in a follow-up tweet.

The rapper also admits that she’s been removed from songs for not being “big” enough.

The rising emcee finished her Twitter rant on a positive note, saying, “Remember ‘The openers of today, are the headliners of tomorrow.'”
