A few months ago we posted an interview DJ Smallz did with the three individuals above. The man in the middle is a rapper named Mike Eazy Beazy. The ladies accompanying him are Bubblez and Morocco, strippers who happen to be his girlfriends. They’re also blood sisters.
If the story of their love triangle wasn’t trippy enough, it just got weirder. It appears Mike Eazy Beazy was arrested for murder. At least one of the sisters went down with him as well.
Indianapolis’ Fox 9 News reports that Mike Edwards and another man named Kenneth Jones were arrested Wednesday and are facing charges of murder and attempted murder. They are allegedly responsible for murdering two people, including 32 year old Tamara Sword, a mother of 5.
Sword, whose father is a prominent anti-violence activist, was shot at a gas station on August 22, 2015. She later died at the hospital. Another victim, 28 year old Joshua Riggins, was not shot but ducked in front of a car to escape gunfire. The car, occupied by someone trying to leave the scene, rolled on top of him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jones and Edwards now face charges for the murder of Sword and the attempted murder of Riggins. They were picked up by IMPD’s Violent Crimes and Gang unit at a residence. Weapons and narcotics were also seized. A witness says Edwards fired his assault rifle from inside a car, while Jones stood by.
The violence stemmed from two rappers who had an ongoing disagreement. The latest happening just moments before the shooting.
It’s unclear what Edwards’ girlfriend Bubblez had to do with this, but she was also taken into custody. Someone on social media posted a photo on Snapchat of her being detained, with the caption “Free Bubblez.”
