Nicki Minaj is not having it with the woman that has accused her and her husband of harassment.
Minaj’s attorneys have filed legal documents obtained by TMZ, responding to Jennifer Hough’s lawsuit filed in August.
Hough claims that Nicki, Kenneth, and their attorneys were harassing her and trying to get her to recant her attempted rape claims against Kenneth.
Hough made the claims back in the ’90s, in which Kenneth Petty was convicted and served some time.
According to TMZ, Nicki’s legal team has asked the court to sanction Hough for blatant falsehoods, which they think is an attempt for her to score a big payday.
The attorneys argue that Hough had many inconsistencies in her stories, from her claiming that she had to change her phone number due to being allegedly harassed by Nicki. The accuser has also claimed that Minaj’s team has reached out to her brother and offered him $500k if she recanted her claims in a written statement.
Minaj’s lawyers stated that the allegations in the lawsuit are speculations that gave Hough a reason to sue Nicki.
