Chris Brown responds to a woman who is suing him for an alleged rape that happened on a yacht at Diddy’s Star Island home.
According to TMZ, Chris is being sued for $20 million by a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her in December 2020. The woman is reportedly a professional choreographer, dancer, model, and musical artist. She claims Chris was “friendly” initially but later attacked her within minutes.
In the lawsuit documents, the woman says everything began after Chris grabbed a friend’s phone she was face timing. After successfully persuading her to pull up at Diddy’s house, the woman claims Chris offered a drink while on the yacht. Brown then hands her a mixed drink when she begins to experience “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness.”
Later in the suit, the woman alleges that Chris led her into a bedroom “half-asleep.” She then says Chris removed her bottoms and raped her until he was “done.” The woman mentioned that Chris texted her the next day to get a Plan B pill which she did. She is now suing the singer for $20 million for “severe emotional distress.”
Chris caught wind of the news and have since denied the accusations. The 32-year-old singer took to Instagram to express his opinion about the lawsuit.
“I hope y’all see this pattern of [hat emoji] whenever I’m releasing music or projects, “THEY” try to pull some real bullsh*t,” Chris added to his Instagram story.
This isn’t Chris’ first time having rape allegations against him. Back in 2020, another Jane Doe accused Chris of sexual assault but the case was later dismissed. Also a year prior to that case, another woman came forward in Paris saying Chris raped her. He later sued the woman for defamation.
