Sarah Palin was seen dining outside a Manhattan restaurant on Wednesday, the problem is, just two days before she had tested positive for COVID-19.

Palin, 57, dined at Elio’s which is located on the Upper East Side. The restaurant is a heated outside structure, The New York Post reported.

Her outing — which has since gone viral and runs afoul of federal quarantine guidelines — was first reported by Mediaite.

An employee of the Italian eatery was dismissive of the incident.

“S– happens! People come to eat, we are not the border police,” a worker said.

Palin reportedly ate inside the restaurant last weekend and decided to come back to the establishment to “apologize” for the media frenzy she caused.

“Tonight Sarah Palin returned to the restaurant to apologize for the fracas around her previous visit. In accordance with the vaccine mandate and to protect our staff, we seated her outdoors,” Elio’s informed the Post.

The former Republican governor of Alaska’s defamation trial against the New York Times Is taking place in a Manhattan federal court but has been delayed until Monday due to her testing positive on three rapid tests, Judge Jed Rakoff said.

“She is, of course, unvaccinated,” Rakoff added. He delayed jury selection until Feb. 3, which gives Palin time to recover.

“I look forward to seeing you all, and Ms. Palin, on February 3rd,” he said.

Restaurants in New York City have been mandated to check for proof of vaccination before allowing customers to eat indoors.

Palin has previously said she would get inoculated “over my dead body.”

“I will not do it. I won’t do it, and they better not touch my kids, either,” she told radio host Charlie Kirk in December 2019.
