Joyner Lucas has a few words for Lollapalooza and fire shots at Machine Gun Kelly in the midst.
One day after the festival announced their 2022 lineup, Lucas shared he wanted out of the concert. With a series of now-deleted tweets, Lucas rants about being disrespected and calls out MGK, who is set to headline the event.
“These festivals is gon stop playing with me like I ain’t that n*gga,” Lucas tweeted on Wednesday. “Putting my name next to the names of a bunch of random n*ggas that nobody heard of and offering me a weak a** 🤑Then I say no to the offer and these h*e a** n*ggas put me on the flier anyways.”
Lucas continued, “I’m the biggest independent artist period with the exception of my n*gga tech. And I got the numbers & the fans & the 🤑to back that statement up. How is it that these festivals keep tryna bunch my name up with a bunch of n*ggas who ain’t on my level?. N*gga I’m JOYNER LUCAS.”
The rapper then transferred his anger to Machine Gun Kelly, wondering how he secured the headliner spot.
“Then you got this goofy a** n*gga headlining? Smh how sway?,” he added alongside a photo of MGK sticking his tongue out. “Someone said ‘don’t bring out the rap devil’…maaaaannnn listen. Lol What my brother Marshall did to this n*gga @machinegunkelly is light compared to what’s waiting if he wanna walk down that street wit me. Ain’t nobody worried bout a n*gga who paints his nails.”
Lucas tweeted that jokingly that his phone was hacked. “Them Damn Russian hackers dun hacked my phone yesterday smh.”
MGK have yet to respond to Lucas threats.
