Lebron James defended Tom Hanks after the actor went off on the paparazzi for almost knocking over his wife Rita Wilson.
Earlier this week, a video of Hanks and Rita Wilson began circulating the internet. The clip shows the couple walking towards their vehicle in New York City while followed by fans. Wilson, just a few steps ahead of Hanks, pauses while he attempts to catch up to her.
As the eager fans tried to capture footage of Hanks, they must’ve didn’t notice Wilson and tripped her. Thankfully, Wilson was able to catch herself before falling to the ground. However, Hanks wasn’t too happy with the crowd.

Hanks’ typical calm demeanor quickly left as he turned to the crowd and yelled, “Back the f*ck off! Knocking over my wife!” The group immediately apologized, and the couple left the scene.
The video caught the attention of NBA star LeBron James. James has publicly been known to be a family man and has no problems with defending his wife, Savannah James.
James took to his Twitter account to share his opinion on the situation and defend Hanks’ decisions.
“I just saw the Tom Hanks clip of his wife almost being trampled by the paparazzi,” he tweeted. “What the f*ck ever happened to personal space?? Now, if Tom would have stole on one of them, he would be the one in the wrong and probably sued! How are they protected more than he and his wife?”
