Netflix and Workout? Nike Training Club and Streaming Platform to Offer Viewers a Chance to Exercise in Between Binging TV Show with New Aerobics Videos

Netflix-NTC collab

Netflix is trying to give its viewers a hint by telling them to stop binge-watching and get to working out. The streaming platform is now doing an aerobics workout class.

The streaming platform is partnering up with Nike Training Club to release 30 hours of sessions across two parts on December 30. This isn’t the first time that Netflix has ventured outside its reigns. In November, the streaming house introduced Trivia Quest for users to brush up on art, history, entertainment, and more.

The workout videos come just in time for the New Year to help watchers achieve their resolutions, and it’s right after Christmas when everyone will be indulging in more food.

The first five programs include “Kickstart Fitness with the Basics” (13 episodes), “Two Weeks to a Stronger Core” (seven episodes), “Fall in Love with Vinyasa” (six episodes), “HIT & Strength with Tara” (14 episodes), “Feel-Good Fitness” (six episodes which will be available on Dec. 30. More episodes will drop throughout 2023, including over 90 videos.

Will you be working out with Netflix and Nike?
