At first glance, I wouldn’t be able to tell you what race Benzino was, but according to the Love & Hip Hop star, he was wrongfully profiled by AirTran and it caused him to pitch a fit.
According to Benzino he and his new wife Althea were the last people to board his flight Tuesday, from Vegas back to Atlanta. The two took their seats in first class, when the flight attendant asked to see their tickets. That’s when Benzino began hurling obscenities and insisted he was racially profiled.
Now, before I go further, keep in mind that first class boards FIRST, so if you are the absolute LAST person to board a flight and you sit down in first class, that in itself is suspicious. It usually takes about 20-30 minutes to board, so in my opinion the flight attendant was doing her job.
Regardless though, after Benzino kicked up a stink, he complained to the airline who gave him two $200 vouchers. I mean, what race could they have thought Benzino was? Necksican? NoNeckanese?
