So, I came across this screenshot online and it made me wonder, do men really appreciate you for simply giving life, or are you still responsible for keeping them visually stimulated. Take the screen shot above. This woman gave birth, something not all women are blessed to be able to do. Unfortunately, she has been marked by her blessing. Some women can get pregnant and not get a single stretch mark. Others can apply all the cocoa butter they want and still end up with tiger stripes. Stretch marks are not always preventable, but are they enough for a man to say he is no longer attracted to his wife?
The worst part is the woman’s stretch marks don’t look terrible, and obviously she’s snapped back in to shape. Does she owe it to her man to upkeep her skin against something she probably couldn’t avoid, all to maintain a two parent household? Should she cut her losses because this man wasn’t shit to begin with if he is using something as minor as stretch marks as a reason to cheat on her?
Whether the post above is real or just a troll, I honestly feel that there are some men who think this way and it’s really sad. You can ride for him until the wheels fall off but if you get a stretch mark, cut your hair, gain a little weight, he’s ready to call off the entire relationship.
