Last month Colin Kaepernick made headlines when it was reported that he was being investigated for a sexual assault in Miami. Although we felt the story didn’t make a lot of sense at first, you can still read about it HERE.
Two 911 calls were made that night, the first call from hotel security to 911 regarding a woman in a guest’s room that refuses to leave, although they’ve asked her to. She was described as a black female, non violent, naked, but when they asked what her name was she said her name was “Jesus.” They also said that she was screaming and crying.
The second call seems to come from one of the occupants in the apartment. Below is a transcript.
Caller: “Yes, um, I just wanted to report there’s a young lady in my friend’s bed. He’s not here. She’s laying in his bed. She’s not leaving. We asked her to leave. We told her that he won’t be here tonight and she said she’s not leaving until she sees him.”
Dispatcher: “What is her name?”
Caller: “Uhhh, I’m not sure of her name.”
Dispatcher: “OK, what is she wearing?”
Caller: “She actually took her clothes off and laid in the bed.”
Dispatcher: “So she’s completely naked in the bed?”
Caller: “Yes.”
Dispatcher: “OK, so she’s waiting for her boyfriend is that it?”
Caller: “No, no he’s not her boyfriend. He’s someone she wants to sleep with. But he’s not here, so she went and got in his bed naked and said she’s going to stay there until he gets back.”
If you recall, we thought the entire story was sketchy anyway. Not so much because of the victim getting a rape kit done (because if I woke up in a hospital with no memory, I probably would to), but because Miami PD makes no mention of Colin being accused of any wrong doing, the girl never mentions any wrong doing, and yet TMZ continued to push this agenda against him for some odd reason. I actually still find it odd that these 911 tapes have been available online for some time now and TMZ has yet to post an update on the story. This obviously proves the guys are innocent so why wouldn’t TMZ want to reflect that? Especially a story they were following so closely in the beginning when they though the guys were all rapists. And let’s be real here, TMZ has obtained 911 calls and police reports faster than any outlet I have ever seen. There is no doubt in my mind they heard this call a long time ago.
