A Georgia judge has mandated Tiffany Haddish to abstain from alcohol and drugs, with random testing following her second DUI arrest.

The court decision follows prosecutors’ request to modify Haddish’s bond conditions due to her second DUI arrest in Los Angeles on November 24, 2023.

According to reports, she was arrested after being found asleep in her car with the engine running in the middle of the street.

Haddish’s Los Angeles arrest comes months after a similar incident in Georgia on January 14, 2022, where she was taken into custody and released after posting a $1,666 bond. However, as a result of her recent arrest, prosecutors requested bond modifications, including no drinking and mandatory drug testing.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the judge granted the motion, instructing her not to drink or use drugs, including CBD products. Prescription drugs are allowed within therapeutic limits.

Additionally, she must undergo a drug test panel detecting general illegal drugs, including testing for ETG, ETS, and alcohol metabolites.

Haddish’s Georgia trial was delayed due to her lawyer’s schedule. She accused officers of an “unlawful search” and contested the use of her blood test results as evidence.

Following that stop, officers arrested Haddish for DUI, citing marijuana use. Haddish contended that the police began following her based on her car matching a description from a call about someone asleep in their vehicle.

According to her lawyer, the officers “did not report observing any traffic violations or any less-safe driving during the one minute he observed Ms. Haddish operate her vehicle. Accordingly, the traffic stop was illegal, and any evidence derived therefrom must be suppressed.”

Haddish insisted on excluding all “fruits” from the “unlawful seizure of [her] person,” including her blood test and any statements she is “alleged to have made,” arguing they resulted from an unlawful search and seizure.
