We’ve already heard part 1 of the recorded conversation between Donald Sterling and his mistress/girlfriend V. Stiviano. Now we hear the second half of the tape in which Sterling continues to talk about not wanting Stiviano to bring black people to games, Matt Kemp is brought into the mix and Sterling, he compares Black Jews & also mentions how he knows he has a team full of black people because he clothes, feeds and houses them. “I support them and give them food and buy them cars, and houses. Who gives that to them?” Sterling says, “Does someone else give it to them? Who makes the game? Do I make the game or do they make the game? Is there 30 owners who created the league?”

The Clippers played yesterday against the Golden State Warriors and displayed a silent protest in which they showed up with their t-shirts inside out, not displaying Clippers on their chest, and when they took their shirts off threw them in a pile in the middle of the court. Some thought that this protest wasn’t quite making enough of a statement. Not like blacking out their jerseys or anything like that. Given the fact that the Clippers still lost by 20 points, they were better off boycotting and going down as heroes.
