Akademiks Responds To Meek Mill Declining His $1 Million Deal To Start Podcast

Later during the conversation, Meek revealed that he had enlisted former collaborator Kid Art to produce his upcoming podcast, likening him to the late Virgil Abloh, stating, “He’s the Virgil with the camera!”

“We own video and audio, with an option to renew for a second year,” AK explained. “Also, we buss down ads 50% on any ads we bring in (Prizepicks, Fashionova, etc).  You can own the podcast, but we share the IP as long as u in the deal.”

Meek plans to delve into media and rap, discussing reform stories and encouraging others to share their own experiences with the system, all while addressing propaganda.
